Owned and operated by the City of Ottawa, the Shenkman Arts Centre was established in 2009 as an east end creative hub for bilingual multidisciplinary arts. The centre is home to stage performances, four visual arts exhibition spaces, public art installations and a variety of courses for all ages and abilities.
